Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date.
The remaining balance is due on or before the session date, unless otherwise stated in your invoice.
Sessions are not considered booked until the retainer and signed agreement are received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
Reschedules due to illness, family emergencies, or severe weather will be accommodated when possible.
In the event of a cancellation without rescheduling, the retainer is non-refundable but may be applied toward a future session at my discretion.

3. Weather & Location

Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. If the weather is unsuitable, we will work together to choose a new date or location.
Travel fees may apply for locations more than 20 miles outside of Avon or Mitchell.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions that start late due to client delays may result in reduced shooting time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session may be considered a no-show and may need to be rescheduled with a new retainer.

5. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session via an online gallery.
Sneak peeks are typically shared within a week after your session.
Your gallery will remain active for 30 days after delivery. Please download your images promptly.

6. Editing & Retouching

All images are professionally edited in my signature style. Additional retouching (beyond basic color correction and skin smoothing) may be subject to an extra fee.
Raw or unedited images will not be provided under any circumstances.

7. Copyright & Usage

Kinley Louise Photography retains the copyright to all images created during your session.
Clients are granted personal use rights, which means you may print, post, and share your images for personal use only.
You may not sell, alter, or use the images for commercial purposes without written permission.
Kinley Louise Photography reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Client Cooperation

Clients agree to follow the photographer’s direction during the session to ensure the best possible outcome.
Please communicate any specific ideas, poses, or preferences before or during your session so they can be included.

9. Liability

Kinley Louise Photography is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during or after the session.
In the unlikely event that images are lost, stolen, or damaged before delivery, liability is limited to a full refund of the session fee.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session with Kinley Louise Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
